Ingredients

  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 1 small red and green peppers
  • 1 glass (156 ml) black olives
  • 1 potty Oregano
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Red wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1/2 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese

Directions

    Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Wash and slice the cucumber. Peel and slice onions. Peppers clean, wash and cut into strips. Drain olives on a sieve.

    Mix prepared vegetables and olives. For the marinade, wash the oregano and remove the leaves. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip oil into it. Add oregano. Rub a bowl with garlic.

    Add the salad ingredients and turn loosely in the marinade. Dice the sheep's cheese and sprinkle over it. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Season to taste again before serving.
