Clean and wash the sugar peas and blanch in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain and allow to cool. Wash tomatoes, dab dry and cut in half.
Cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces. (If desired, remove the rind beforehand). Mix yoghurt and mustard for the sauce. Wash the dill and chop finely, except for a little for the garnish. Stir the dill into the sauce and season with salt.
Arrange sugar peas, tomatoes and cheese mixed on a plate. Pour some yoghurt sauce over the salad and garnish with dill. Serve the rest of the sauce separately.
