Pasta salad

Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 500 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 70 g Pine nuts
  • 750 g Tomatoes
  • 3 packs (125 g each) Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/8 l Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 collar Basil

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Quench cold. Roast pine nuts until golden brown. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Remove the stalk and cut the tomatoes into slices.

    Drain mozzarella and cut into cubes. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and oil to a salad dressing. Chop half the basil and fold in. Mix the prepared ingredients with the salad dressing and leave to stand for 1 hour. Arrange the salad on a plate and garnish with the remaining basil leaves
