Green salad with herb vinaigrette

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 collar Rocket (approx. 75 g)
  • 100 g fée verte
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper

    Clean and wash the rocket and pluck it into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and tear salad. Wash and slice tomatoes. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, add oil and stir in the parsley. Arrange lettuce and tomatoes on plates, spread the vinaigrette over them and serve sprinkled with coloured pepper
