Ingredients

  • 50 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 50 g Plucked or lettuce
  • 275 g Cucumber
  • 1 Shallot or small onion
  • 1/2 TEASPOON red berries
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain salads well. Wash the cucumber, dab dry and cut or slice into thin, diagonal slices. Peel and finely dice shallot. Coarsely grind red berries. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and red berries.

    Then add the oil. Mix cucumber slices with vinaigrette. Arrange lettuce leaves on 4 plates and arrange the cucumber salad on top. Serve immediately. Serve with fresh baguette
