Ingredients

  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1/2 Head frisée salad
  • 350 g Carrots
  • 100 ml Buttermilk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slices

Directions

    Clean, wash and pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Clean and peel carrots and cut or slice them into sticks. Mix buttermilk, oil and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Arrange salad and carrots on plates, pour dressing over. Garnish with lemon slices as desired,
