Salad with fresh horseradish vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 small lettuce
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 big red pepper
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 75 g) fresh horseradish
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean and wash salads. Pluck lettuce into pieces. Clean and wash bell peppers and cucumber. Cut the bell peppers into pieces and the cucumber into thin slices. Peel and wash horseradish and cut into fine slices.

    Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into the mixture. Fold in horseradish sticks, season to taste again. Turn the salad ingredients loosely in the vinaigrette. Arrange on a plate.
