Harz cheese salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Onions
  • 2 (200 g each) Rolls of Harz cheese
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Herbal or
  • 7-10 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Caraway seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse black pepper from
  • 7-10 Tbsp the mill
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 4 discs brown bread
  • 60 g Butter or margarine

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Cut the Harz cheese into slices. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely except for a little bit for garnishing. Mix mustard with vinegar, oil and a tablespoon of water.

    Mix with the cheese and onions. Sprinkle caraway, parsley, pepper and paprika over it and let it soak well. In the meantime clean and wash the radishes. Cut half into slices as desired and mix into the cheese salad.

    Arrange salad on plates and serve with brown bread, some butter or margarine and remaining radishes.
