Ingredients

  • 1 Head Lollo bianco
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml/ drainer: 240 g) Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 glass (370 ml/ drainer: 200 g) marinated red pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the lollo bianco and lamb's lettuce. Pluck the lollo bianco into bite-sized pieces. Drain the artichokes and peppers. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper.

    Whip the oil into it. Wash the herbs, dab dry and chop finely. Stir into the marinade. Mix salad ingredients and marinade and arrange on plates
