Ingredients

  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1/2 Frisée salad
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Buttermilk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

    Wash lettuce and frisée and pluck into small pieces. Peel and slice the carrots. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Mix buttermilk and quark, season with coloured pepper and salt. Mix all ingredients
