Pasta salad with cucumber and onion

Ingredients

  • 200 g Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Head Lollo Rosso
  • 250 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3-5 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and lemon

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for about 8 minutes, then drain. Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Wash cucumber, cut into slices. Clean and wash salad, pluck leaves smaller.

    Mix the prepared ingredients. For the sauce season the yoghurt with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour over the salad and serve garnished with parsley and lemon.
