Colorful salad with cheese balls

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 red peppers
  • 3 yellow peppers
  • 1 giant cucumber
  • 2 Onions
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Red wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Corn oil
  • 1 package (100 g) sprouts (radish sprouts)
  • 1 package (200 g) Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 discs (50 g each) Sunflower bread
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces, wash the cucumber and slice thinly. Peel onions and cut into rings. For the marinade season vinegar with salt and pepper. Whip oil into it.

    Mix prepared ingredients and marinade. Cover and let stand for 1/2 hour. In the meantime wash the sprouts and let them drip off. Form cream cheese into small balls, sprinkle lightly with paprika. Cut bread into cubes.

    Just before serving, fry in hot fat while turning. Season salad again and arrange on a plate with sprouts and balls. Serve with bread croutons.
