Ingredients

  • 750 g Wax beans (replacement
  • 7-10 Tbsp wise 2 glasses à 660 ml)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 stalk of savory
  • 500 g small tomatoes
  • 2 Federation Spring onions
  • 1 collar parsley and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Clean, wash, unthread and break the beans into pieces. Cook in boiling salted water with the savory for about 20 minutes. Drain. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into fine rings or slices. Wash the herbs, dab dry and cut into strips. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, add oil. Mix marinade and salad ingredients and arrange in a bowl
