Ingredients

  • 1 Head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 250 g Sheep's cheese
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Red wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

    Clean, wash and pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Halve, clean, wash, quarter and cut the peppers into strips. Peel, halve and slice the onion. Roughly dice the feta cheese.

    Mix all ingredients and arrange on a plate. Mix vinegar, thyme, salt, pepper and sugar and add oil. Pour marinade over the salad. Serve salad with fresh white bread.
