Colorful salad with Chinese cabbage and feta cheese

Ingredients

  • 150 g dried black or red beans
  • 1 baby Chinese cabbage
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 Onions
  • 150 g Sheep's cheese
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Herb Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Wash the beans and soak in cold water. Leave overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, boil the beans in a pot in soaking water. Then cover and cook over low to medium heat for about 1 hour.

    Drain on a sieve and let it cool down. Clean, wash and chop the Chinese cabbage and bell pepper. Peel onions and cut into strips or rings. Cut cheese into cubes. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and some sugar.

    At the end, beat the oil well underneath. Mix the beans, Chinese cabbage, paprika and onions with the marinade. Season again and fold in the feta cheese loosely.
