Rice noodle salad with Chinese cabbage, carrots and sweet-sour sauce

Ingredients

  • 60 g Rice noodles
  • 100 g Chinese cabbage
  • 150 g Carrots
  • 1 TEASPOON Sesame seed
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 TEASPOON dark sesame oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS sweet-sour chili sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thai Basil

Directions

    Pour boiling water over the pasta and let it swell for 5 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into strips. Peel, clean and wash the carrot and cut it into sticks. Loosen noodles with a fork, drain and drain.

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove. Mix lime juice with sesame oil and chilli sauce. Mix all ingredients. Garnish with basil.
