Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 Radish
  • 1 Kohlrabi
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 red, green and yellow
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet pepper
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, dill, and chives
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut iceberg lettuce into strips. Peel radish and kohlrabi. Wash the cucumber. Halve kohlrabi and cut into thin slices. Slice radish and cucumber thinly.

    Clean, wash and slice the radishes and mushrooms. Wash, clean and quarter tomatoes. Peppers clean, wash and cut into fine strips. Mix salad ingredients and arrange in a bowl.

    Wash the herbs and chop finely. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Add oil and stir in herbs. Pour the marinade over the salad and leave to stand for a short time.
