  • 750 g Strawberries
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 package Vanilla dessert sauce powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp lemon balm, lemon julienne and lemon slices

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Bring half of the strawberries, vanillin sugar, sugar, lemon juice and 200 ml water to the boil. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes at medium heat. Mix sauce powder and 3 tablespoons of cold water and stir into the boiling strawberries, bring to the boil again and fold in the remaining strawberries. Serve the groats as desired, decorated with lemon balm, lemon julienne and lemon slices. Cinnamon waffles taste good with it
