Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (250 g) Low-fat curd
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Apricots
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS ital. Mandellikör (Amaretto)
  • 500 g "Sylter rote Grütze"
  • 7-10 Tbsp Amaretti and mint

Directions

    Stir the quark, yoghurt and milk until smooth. Season to taste with vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Drain the apricots. Put 4 halves aside, mash the rest. Refine with amaretto. Fill red fruit jelly into dessert glasses.

    Add a layer of quark and apricot puree each. Serve decorated with retained apricots, amaretti and mint.
