Berry buttermilk cold peel

  • 1 l Buttermilk
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 lemons
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 2 discs (75 g each) brown bread
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 200 g Blackberries
  • 150 g red currants
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

    Mix buttermilk, vanillin sugar, lemon juice and 100 g sugar vigorously. Keep cold. In the meantime, crumble the bread and mix with the remaining sugar. Sort raspberries and blackberries. Wash the currants and pluck them from the panicles. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Pour buttermilk into deep plates, add fruit, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and serve decorated with lemon balm as desired
