Ingredients

  • 2 Nectarines
  • 2 Bananas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 200 g Fresh cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

    Wash the nectarines, cut them into slices from the stone. Peel bananas, cut into slices. Sprinkle prepared fruit with lemon juice. Peel kiwis, also cut into slices.

    Read out raspberries and wash if necessary. Mix everything with honey and place in four ovenproof dishes. Mix crème fraîche, vanilla sugar and egg yolk. Spread over the marinated fruit. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for three minutes.

    Serve dusted with cinnamon.
