Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium-sized apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 small banana
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 Apricots (canned)
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons (15 g each) Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rum

Directions

    Wash apple and pear thoroughly, quarter, core and cut into pieces. Peel the orange thickly, removing the white skin with it. Cut out the flesh between the skins, collecting the juice. Peel and slice the banana. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cut the apricots into slices.

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Mix remaining lemon juice, orange juice and sugar. Season to taste with rum. Mix fruit and marinade and let it stand for a while. Serve with vanilla cream
