Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g raspberries - alternatively 1 package (250 g) frozen raspberries
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 pack of Gelin
  • 1/4 l Cherry nectar
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chocolate flakes

Directions

    Sort the raspberries, wash and drain them, mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar and leave to stand for a while. Mix the gelatine, cherry and lemon juice with the remaining sugar well. Fold in raspberries and fill into glass bowls. Put the raspberry jelly in a cool place. Whip the cream until stiff, fill into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and squirt one tuff onto each grout. Sprinkle chocolate shavings over it and serve
