Crush the couverture and melt in a hot water bath. Spread meringue with it and let it set. In the meantime drain the apricots and cut them into slices. Peel kiwis and banana and cut into slices. Mix carefully and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Whip cream with vanilla sugar until half stiff. Stir in the rest of the lemon juice. Arrange meringue with fruit salad and lemon cream on plates. Serve sprinkled with grated coconut
