Cut the pineapple lengthwise in half. Remove stalk. Cut out the flesh and cut into pieces. Peel the kiwis. Wash the sharon fruit and figs. Cut kiwis, sharon and fig into small bite-sized pieces.
Mix lemon juice, orange liqueur and sugar and mix with the fruit. Cover and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes. Then fill into the pineapple halves.
