Halve the melon and papaya and remove the seeds. Hollow out the melon with a small ball cutter. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Peel, quarter and slice the kiwi.
Mix melon, strawberries and kiwis and soak with the liqueur. Dress in the papayas. Wash the carambola, cut into thin slices and decorate the papayas with it.
