Ingredients

  • 200 g Plums
  • 1/8 l red currant juice © no longer on sale
  • 7-10 Tbsp !!©
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweetener
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cornstarch
  • 1/2 (75 g) Cup of cream yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) unsweetened fruit muesli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Wash, halve and stone the plums. Then cut into slices. Bring the currant juice briefly to the boil. Steam plums for about 5 minutes. Flavour with sweetener. Mix starch with a little water.

    Bind grits with it. Stir the yoghurt and a little cinnamon until smooth, then pour it onto the groats. Serve sprinkled with muesli. Decorate with mint as desired.
