Peach-pineapple cold dish with coconut

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (446 g ml; drained weight 260 g) Pineapple rings
  • 2 can(s) (850 ml each; weight by weight 560 g) Peaches
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1/2 0.33 l can of coconut cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut Liqueur
  • 2 TABLESPOONS flakes or chips of coconut

Directions

    Drain the pineapple rings. Puree the peaches (four halves retained) with peach and pineapple juice. Then pass the puree through a sieve. Stir in coconut cream and liqueur. Chop remaining peach halves and pineapple. Add to the fruit soup. Sprinkle with grated coconut
