Strawberries with amarettozabaione

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Amaretto (Italian almond liqueur)
  • 1 TEASPOON Cocoa
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Divide into 4 bowls. Put the egg, egg yolk, sugar and amaretto in a bowl and beat until frothy on a hot water bath. Pour zabaglione over the strawberries and dust with cocoa.

    Garnish with lemon balm. Serve immediately.
