Fruit cocktail with dates and honey

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 10 fresh dates
  • 3 medium-sized oranges
  • 5 Walnut kernel halves
  • 1 large banana
  • 4 TSP Acacia honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few leaves of mint

Directions

    Halve dates, remove seeds, cut into strips and place in a bowl. Wash the oranges. Peel one fruit generously so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out the pulp between the parting skins. Cut the remaining oranges in half. Carefully remove the flesh from the peel and remove the skin. Cut the edge of the orange halves in a jagged shape. Add the flesh to the dates. Coarsely chop the nuts. Peel the banana, cut it into slices and add it with the nuts to the other ingredients. Mix carefully and arrange the cocktail in the orange peel. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to each. Decorate with mint to taste
