Wash the apple, quarter it, core it. Cut apple into thin slices and drizzle with 1-2 tbsp lime juice. Wash and halve peaches, remove stone. Cut peaches into slices

If you like, you can also scald and skin the peaches. Or you can use ripe nectarines instead of peaches. They taste similarly fine, but have a smooth skin
