Strawberry-peach plate with vanilla cream

Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 g
  • 1 sour apple
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Lime or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 ripe peaches
  • 1 TABLESPOON Apricot Jam
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur or orange juice
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of 1/2 vanilla pod
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp and lime slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp for ornament

Directions

    Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar and let it stand for a short time

    Wash the apple, quarter it, core it. Cut apple into thin slices and drizzle with 1-2 tbsp lime juice. Wash and halve peaches, remove stone. Cut peaches into slices

    If necessary, pass the jam through a sieve. Mix with remaining lime juice and liqueur. Mix with the prepared fruits. Cover and let stand for about 10 minutes.

    Lightly whip cream, vanilla pulp and 1 teaspoon sugar. Decorate the strawberry-peach plate with lemon balm and slices of lime if desired. Add vanilla cream

    If you like, you can also scald and skin the peaches. Or you can use ripe nectarines instead of peaches. They taste similarly fine, but have a smooth skin
