Apple slices with almond slush

Ingredients

  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Almond slivers
  • 2 large sour apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Cider (sparkling cider)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vanillin sugar and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Fold in almond slivers. Wash apples, cut out core. Cut apples into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Melt the rest of the sugar in a pan while stirring until golden brown. Deglaze with cider, cook for about 2 minutes.
