Kiwi jelly with vanilla sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pot of lemon balm
  • 500 g Kiwis (5-6 pieces)
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla flavor
  • 1 package (200 g) Gelin

Directions

    Lemon balm cut off, wash, dab dry, pluck 3 leaves, chop finely. Put the remaining lemon balm aside for decoration. Peel and quarter the kiwis and cut them into pieces.

    Puree half of the kiwis, sprinkle the remaining kiwis with 100 g sugar and finely chopped lemon balm. Leave to stand for about 10 minutes. Stir 3 tablespoons of milk, remaining sugar and sauce powder until smooth.

    Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, add the sauce powder and bring to the boil again briefly. Mix the kiwi pieces and the pureed kiwi and stir in the gelatine. Immediately pour into 4 dessert glasses and refrigerate for about 5 minutes.

    Before serving, pour some sauce on the groats and decorate with the remaining lemon balm. Add the rest of the sauce separately.
