Ingredients

  • 250 g blue grapes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Amaretto (Italian almond liqueur)
  • 6 sheets white gelatine
  • 1/2 l Grape juice

Directions

    Wash the grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Leave to stand in the Amaretto for at least 30 minutes. Soak, squeeze and dissolve the gelatine. Mix with the grape juice. Spread the grapes on dessert glasses, pour the juice over them and allow to set.
