Kiwi Grape Grits

  • 400 g Kiwi
  • 7-10 Tbsp s
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g blue grapes
  • 1 package (200g) Gelin
  • 7-10 Tbsp (liquid gelling agent)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces, except for four slices for decoration. Puree 3/4 of the fruit pieces, fold in the remaining pieces. Add sugar, stir and leave to soak for about 10 minutes.

    In the meantime, wash the grapes, halve or quarter them and remove the seeds. Fold the grapes, except some for decoration, into the kiwi puree. Stir in the gel and pour the groats into dessert glasses. Decorate with remaining fruit.

    Chill for about 1 hour. Decorate with lemon balm as desired.
