Wash and clean fruit. Stone cherries, halve or quarter strawberries. Wash lemon hot and peel thinly, squeeze juice. Boil up currant juice, prepared fruit, lemon juice and peel and sugar.
Stir starch in a little cold water until smooth and bind the fruit with it. Bring to the boil briefly and remove the lemon peel. Let the fruit grits cool down a little and fill them into glasses or bowls.
Let it cool down and serve with liquid cream.
