Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 Ogen, honey and Charentais melon
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Peppermint liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves

Directions

    Scrape out melon seeds with a spoon. Cut out balls from the melon pulp with a ball cutter. Pour liqueur over the melon balls and chill for about 30 minutes. Divide the melon salad into 4 bowls and serve decorated with mint leaves
