compote with soured milk

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 glass (340 g) Plums, mirabelles and reneclauden
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1/2 (250 g) Mug of soured milk
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon

Directions

    Put fruit in a bowl. Wash the lemon and dab dry. Grate the peel finely over the fruit and mix lightly. Season soured milk with vanillin sugar and cinnamon.

    Fill the compote into small bowls. Fill a little soured milk into the middle of each bowl and serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
