Pear cold dish with ice

  • 2 Pears
  • 1 l Pear fruit juice drink
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 35 g Milk-bark chocolate

Directions

    Wash the pears thoroughly, quarter and core them. Cut the flesh into slices. Bring the fruit juice drink and cinnamon stick to the boil, add the pear slices and cook for about 2 minutes. Let the soup cool down, remove the cinnamon stick. Spread the soup on four plates. Add one scoop of ice cream to each plate, sprinkle with crumbled chocolate
