Wash the apricots and raspberries and carefully dab dry. Cut the apricots into quarters, remove the seeds and place them in 4 ovenproof dishes. Spread the raspberries on top as well. Separate the egg. Beat egg yolk and sugar until frothy. Stir in cream and cream cheese. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the cream cheese. Pour cream over the fruits and bake under the hot grill until golden brown. Dust with a little cocoa and serve immediately
