Peach lassi with chilli and honey

Ingredients

  • 2 Peaches (about 500 g)
  • 500 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 1 knife tip ground cumin
  • 1 knife tip ground chili powder
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 8 Lime wedges
  • 10 Ice cube

Directions

    Wash, clean and finely dice the peaches. Put peaches, up to 4 tbsp for decoration, with yoghurt, honey, spices, lime juice and ice cubes in a blender and mix well for about 2 minutes. Add 250 ml water and continue mixing for about 1 minute. Pour into glasses, decorate with 1 tbsp. peach cubes and lime wedges and serve immediately
