Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwis
  • 3 Oranges
  • 1 jar(s) (425 ml; 250 g trimmed weight) Apricots
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cranberry compote
  • 3 Bananas
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 30 g Pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and biscuits

Directions

    Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a knife between the parting skins. Squeeze the remaining juice out of the orange. Drain the apricots, collecting the juice. Fill 4 apricot halves with cranberries, cut the rest into slices.

    Peel and slice the bananas and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix honey, 5 tablespoons of apricot juice, the orange and remaining lemon juice. Mix the prepared fruit, except the stuffed apricots, and the sauce and arrange on plates. Sprinkle coarsely chopped pistachios on top. Serve decorated with mint, apricot halves and biscuits
