Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice. Mix the lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of water, possibly brandy and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Peel the bananas, cut them into slices and let them steep in the marinade.
Raspberries selected. Peel, halve and slice the kiwis. Mix all prepared fruits. Select blackberries, wash and puree in apple juice. Stir in vanillin sugar and remaining sugar.
Arrange fruit salad in small bowls. Add blackberry sauce.
