Wash, peel and quarter apples and pears, cut out the core. Cut fruits into cubes. Boil up apple juice, lemon juice, wine, sugar and vanillin sugar. Add fruits.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Mix sauce powder and 3 tablespoons of water until smooth and stir into the boiling juice. Bring to the boil again and fill into dessert bowls. Serve the compote with cream, cinnamon and mint as desired.
