Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 packets (250 g each) Edible quark (40% fat)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Egg liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Wash, clean and drain the strawberries. Halve half of the fruit and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Puree the remaining strawberries, remaining sugar and vanillin sugar with the electric chopping stick. Mix strawberry puree with quark and advocaat. Divide into four glass bowls and add the sugared strawberries. Decorate with lemon balm as desired
