Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Charantais melon
  • 200 g yellow and red plums
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 1 tin(s) (236 g; part by weight: 140 g) Pineapple in slices
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of lime

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries and, depending on size, cut them in half or quarters. Sprinkle with sugar and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. In the meantime cut melon into slices, remove seeds and peel.

    Wash the plums and cut them into slices from the stone. Sprinkle with lime juice. Mix all fruits carefully. For the sauce, add pineapple except for one slice for decoration and puree the juice. Mix with yoghurt and vanilla sugar.

    Add to the fruit salad. Fold in just before eating. Wash the mint, chop some leaves finely and sprinkle on top. Serve with the remaining mint and, if desired, decorated with melon wedge, pineapple ring and lime slices.
