Buttermilk cold dish with blueberries

  • 250 g Blueberries
  • 1 l Buttermilk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 30 g Pistachio kernels

Directions

    Sort the blueberries, rinse with cold water and drain. Mix buttermilk, sugar and vanillin sugar. Stir in lemon juice. Add the blueberries and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes. Chop the pistachios and sprinkle over them
