Ingredients

  • 2 Cup (150 g each) Cream yoghurt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 3 Kiwis (approx. 80 g each)
  • 2 Bananas (approx. 160 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm and lemon slices

Directions

    Mix yoghurt, vanillin sugar, sugar and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel and slice the bananas. Arrange kiwis and bananas in a fan shape on four plates, sprinkle with remaining lemon juice and sprinkle with brown sugar. Serve decorated with lemon balm and lemon slice as desired. Serve the yoghurt in a small bowl, decorated with lemon balm and lemon, as desired
