Cooler melon fruit salad

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 big watermelon
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 4 Kiwis

Directions

    Cut off the upper third of the melon and remove the flesh from both parts with a ball cutter. Remove the seeds and place the melon balls in a bowl. Pour the juice into a bowl and mix with the honey. Cut the pineapple into quarters and remove the hard stalk. Cut the pulp from the skin and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Peel and slice the kiwis. Add the pineapple and kiwi to the melons in the bowl. Pour the honey sauce over them, turn them in it and fill them into the larger half of the melons. (The whole salad does not fit into the melon half - so it can be refilled). Serve fruit salad chilled
