Select raspberries and blackberries. Strip the currants from the stems. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Wash the nectarines. Cut the flesh into pieces from the stone.
Mix the prepared fruit, honey and lime juice and leave to stand for 30 minutes. In the meantime, fry the oat flakes briefly in a pan without fat. Sprinkle with brown sugar and allow to caramelize. Immediately spread on a piece of aluminium foil lightly coated with oil and let it cool down. Serve the fruits in portions sprinkled with soured milk and oat flakes
